The Shores of Long Bayou

REMINDER:

ANY HOA MAINTENANCE REQUEST MUST BE TURNED INTO THE OFFICE IN WRITING

Be advised that some maintenance may require a vote by the HOA Board of DIrectors

Fill out the application. Place it in the mailbox in the clubhouse.

Fill out the form. Place in the mailbox in the clubhouse kitchen. The manager will call you when it is ready for pick-up.

Any change to the outside elevation of any condominium association requires the ultimate consent of the Homeowners' Association (HOA). The first step is to fill out the form, and give it to your association board of directors. At that point, if the board of your building has agreed to the modification, it is sent to the HOA manager for approval. It then gets final consent from the Architectural chairman. Make sure the form is complete so the approval process can go quickly.

All sale/lease applications must be "signed off" by the association president. After the orientation is held, and the $100.00 has been fulfilled, the president should make a copy of the application for the seller, realtor and the association. This document is to be kept on file with the association's files.

A fishing permit is permanent for our residents. A lost permit badge will cost $2.50 for replacement. Anyone not wearing a permit badge while fishing will be requested not to fish until they can get a permit. Anyone who is not a member of The Shores of Long Bayou, a guest of a member, or relative of a member, will be considered to be trespassing.

As stated in the Declaration of Condominium for the HOA and FLS 718, all HOA documents must be requested using the appropriate form. No email requests will be accepted, and no documents will be sent via electronic transmission.  Please download the 2016 HOA Handbook for further information.
